  1. Evvie Drake Starts Over

“Evvie Drake is young and newly widowed, but no one knows that on the day her husband died, she had finally worked up the nerve to leave him. Dean Tenney is a major league baseball pitcher who has inexplicably lost the talent that made him a star. When Dean moves to Evvie’s small town to escape the humiliating sports headlines, their friendship proves to be just what both of them need. This is an absolute treasure of a novel — big-hearted, funny, sweet, and utterly satisfying. I cannot wait to sell this charming gem.”

  2. Red, White & Royal Blue

“Fresh, irreverent, and funny, Red, White & Royal Blue is a delight and a treasure. With subtle jabs, Casey McQuiston pokes fun at both the public face of the British monarchy as well as the back-door politicking that dominates the U.S. political scene. The story follows the self-centered Alex Claremont-Diaz (America’s First Son) and his interactions with British Prince Henry of Wales. As hostility increases between two political scions forced into a sham friendship, we see the framework of political destiny and duty begin to fray. Little by little, hostility turns to something else entirely. This is a story about happiness — and, more importantly, honesty — for those who live their lives in the public eye.”

  3. The Unhoneymooners

“This is a delightful rom-com story with an enemies-to-lovers plotline and the requisite off-the-wall situation that forces the bickering lead characters into close quarters. With its Maui resort setting, charismatic characters, swoon-worthy romance, and sense of humor, this story pulled me in and took me along for a thoroughly enjoyable escape.”

  4. Sadie

“Engrossing, thrilling and original. The story alternates between a podcast format and Sadie’s voice. Sadie is a compelling protagonist - strong, determined and on a mission. Fantastic listen!”

  6. The Book of Life

“Deborah Harkness' books are brain candy for the educated person. Her contemporary fantasies, filled with vampires, witches, and deamons, veer into historical fantasy (thanks to the long lives of characters). With a reader who can shift accents with ease, this audio book is enthralling. You'll be just as smitten by Harkness' descriptions of libraries, laboratories, and research as you will by her romances, making this a romance for the sapiosexual.”

  8. Reticence

“As always with Gail Carriger's books, this was a hoot! I'm always eager to listen to her books on audio as they are so well done with the proper accents and connotations. And the quirks of her characters are amplified with the audiobooks. At this point I do not see that there is any other way of absorbing them! This book is Percy's story and we get a new character introduced who is Scottish! So yes, we get a fabulous Scottish accent and it's brilliant! As always the story was fantastic, the characters were wonderful and many laughs were had. Absolutely cannot wait for MORE by her!”
