Newby is a Harvard- and Columbia-trained nutrition scientist and educator with more than a decade of experience researching diet, obesity, and chronic diseases; studying how people eat; and teaching students about why what you eat matters, farm to fork. Newby works to bring together her passions for science, food, health, and sustainability to help people bring principles of sound nutrition to their plates in delectable ways.
Mike Chamberlain is an actor and voice-over performer in Los Angeles whose audiobook narration has won several AudioFile Earphones Awards. His voice credits range from radio commercials and television narration to animation and video game characters. Stage trained at Boston College, he has performed works from Shakespeare and the classics to contemporary drama and comedy.
