How the latest science can help women achieve their athletic potential
Over the last fifty years, women have made extraordinary advances in athletics. More women than ever are playing sports and staying active longer. Her writing has appeared in Outside, The Washington Post, Runner’s World, and other publications. She’s a lifelong athlete and yoga teacher who loves running, surfing, and skiing. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
