Ujamaa Community Bookstore is a Black-owned bookstore located in the Near Northwest neighborhood of Indianapolis.

Our in-store collection primarily showcases the works of Black authors in genres such as fiction, nonfiction, poetry, children's books, YA literature, and graphic novels. "Ujamaa" means "cooperative economics" and showcases our commitment to partnering with local Black authors, artists, entrepreneurs, and educators.
