"Milkmaid Books is a small passion for Ashley Kennedy. The reason it is called Milkmaid is because Ashley’s daytime job is working on her family’s 3rd generation dairy farm with her husband, two fierce daughters, two big hearted dogs and one orange cat. Although Ashley loves farming she has always had a dirty little secret. She’s always wanted to open a bookshop in her small Michigan town. Milkmaid Books is a start to this as well as her YouTube miniseries called Pages of Wine.

Right now Milkmaid Books will be a place for book lovers to get book suggestions for any age or interest and to support a local business. Eventually, Ashley hopes the shop can become local pop-ups in her community and a store that can give book lovers a refuge.
