The Grey Area

Online-Only Bookshop

The Grey Area is run by two non-binary dykes (and their cat Wednesday) who like to read. The Grey Area started out as a monthly book club and writing group hosted in The Whitworth in Manchester and has now expanded to an online and pop-up bookshop.

All books will be carefully curated by Grey and Niamh and will focus on lesbian and trans stories. As we grow, we will expand to other queer and radical texts, plus 'grey area' books which defy genres and categorisation.
