Capital Books is an indie bookstore in downtown Sacramento that serves a diverse community of readers of all ages, ethnicities, and sexual orientation. We carry a mix of new bestsellers and classics, with thousands of books in between. Our Another Universe basement is an expansion of the sci-fi, Fantasy, and Horror books, along with toys, card and board games and a lot of manga! We are active in our community, have regular book clubs and author events.
