Summary

Not that long ago, my life had devolved into an unmanageable state. I was stuck, overwhelmed, supremely disappointed in the man I had allowed myself to become and felt entirely unworthy. I knew I couldn't go on living this way, that something must change and fast... but how or what?
Over the next few years, I went from having no hope, having no self-respect, drinking heavily, not keeping my commitments to myself and others, wallowing in victimhood and a plethora of other disempowering characteristics to rebuilding my life from the ground up. I spent thousands of hours and dollars reading, researching and most importantly, applying everything I could to transform myself into a man that I'm proud of.
During this journey, I learned that life is lived in fundamentals and that most men simply aren't aware of the fundamental principles in life or aren't given an empowering framework and structure for how to apply them. I persevered, refused to surrender, until I broke the code on exactly how to help other men the same way I needed a guidebook at that point in my life.
The principles, fundamentals, and methods contained in this book are timeless, universal truths... only they've been forgotten, buried, hidden because they're so powerful, or you've simply ignored and not applied them because let's face it - it's scary to realize that you're POWERFUL beyond belief.
