Sophie Cunningham (Author)
Sophie Cunningham is the author of six books, including City of Trees, and Warning: The Story of Cyclone Tracy. She is a former publisher and editor, was a co-founder of the Stella Prize and is now an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University's Non/fiction Lab. In 2019 Sophie Cunningham was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for her contributions to literature.
Rupert Degas (Reader)
Raised and educated in London and New York, Rupert Degas began his career dubbing films as apprentice to 'the man of a thousand voices' Robert Rietty. BBC Radio followed, where Rupert honed his craft with, among others, maverick director Dirk Maggs, appearing in some 50 radio productions. Rupert spent eight years on Bob the Builder and working regularly for the likes of Disney, EA Games and Sony.
Rupert has won critical acclaim in the UK, Australia, and the US for his prolific audiobook work, having narrated over 250 titles, and as an actor he has appeared frequently on stage and screen, most notably in the West End productions of Stones in his Pockets and The 39 Steps, for which he and his fellow cast members won the 2007 Olivier Award for Best Comedy.
In 2012, Rupert moved to Sydney, where he continues to work behind the microphone.

Aimee Horne is an Australian voiceover artist and actor. Trained at NIDA, she has worked extensively in theatre, film, television and radio. Most recently, Aimee voiced Cotton-tail in the animated feature Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway. Some of her other voice credits include SBS World Movies and feature documentary, Brabham - The Untold Story of Formula One.
Since 2013, Aimee has been lending her voice to major international projects and national campaigns. She delights in bringing an author's story to new audiences in audiobooks. She loves cooking, going on adventures and watching murder mysteries.
Aimee lives in Sydney with her partner and their dog, Henri.
