Lottie is a Juris Doctor with Honors Law Graduate, who used to work as a e-Discovery Lawyer in Magic Circle Law Firms in London, England. 

A self-published Author, a polyglot, Chef Lottie with her East African Heritage was raised in the United Kingdom. Lottie's passion for cooking, Lottie’s je ne sais quoi culinary skills have always been put to test by indulging her delicious meals to her family, friends, and colleagues.

Chef Lottie was able to learn from both worlds a great deal of culture and cuisine. Hence, when you choose to partake in this amazing culinary experience you will be tasting a mouth-watering recipe passed down from Lottie's generational kinfolk i.e., Lottie's Great Grandmother, Grandmother and Mother's culinary skills. 

Chef Lottie's culinary journey began at the young age of 7 when she eagerly watched her Mother skilfully bake delectable chocolate cakes. After all, who can resist the allure of a good chocolate cake? It was in that moment that she became captivated and determined to learn this art form that had the power to bring her entire family together during mealtime. By the time she turned 12, Lottie had already taken on the responsibility of cooking family meals, and from that point on, her passion for cooking only grew stronger. The rest, as they say, is history...
