Core Yoga is an easy-to-follow sixty-minute audio yoga class that progresses naturally from Introduction to Core Yoga. It has been devised to strengthen and bring awareness to the muscles that make up the greater core area.
Daily Core Yoga consists of five different fifteen-minute guided sessions that are suitable for those with and without previous yoga experience. Each session contains a different selection of yoga postures and techniques that will develop and maintain your core strength. Once you are familiar with the techniques in Introduction to Core Yoga and Core Yoga, these sessions can be followed daily to increase and maintain your core strength.
