Dr. Bowden writes the monthly "Healthy Solutions" column for Better Nutrition magazine, is a regular contributor to America Online, and serves as contributing editor for both Clean Eating and Total Health magazines. He has a master's degree in psychology and counseling and a PhD in nutrition, and has earned six national certifications in personal training and exercise. An adjunct faculty member at Clayton College for Natural Health, Dr. Bowden is the author or coauthor of many books on health and nutrition, including The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth, Living Low Carb, and The Most Effective Natural Cures on Earth.

Stephen T. Sinatra, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist, educator, and author who created the Manchester, CT-based Heart MD Institute (heartmdinstitute.com) as an educational platform focused on prevention and proactive lifestyle changes to live a healthier life.
