She has a PhD in Social Science which includes Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Analysis and over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy and counselling.

She offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, which is a sleep-retraining program. She also offers therapy sessions to those who are suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship problems, and stress. Dr. Hawker has worked nationally and internationally across all types of backgrounds and professions.
