A Likely Story, located in Midway, Ky, is owned and operated by mother-daughter duo Ashlee and Anagail (Annie) Denington. The idea for a local independent bookstore was born in 2018 after Annie developed a neurologic disorder that drastically changed her plans for her future. As of April 2023, their brick-and-mortar is open for business complete with new and "loved" books as well as gifts and other novelty items.
