“Directly adapted from the award winning global sensation, Settlers of Catan – this book brings to life this popular board game by introducing readers to a cast of characters and their efforts to create a new life for themselves as they seek to settle the fabled land of Catan. Catan is a fun entertaining read for anyone. Although based on a board game, it is not necessary to have prior experience to enjoy this book. However, you may end up wanting to play the game for yourself once you’ve finished reading!”
— Bud • Quail Ridge Books

Left with no other choice, the three brothers—together with family and their allies—depart their home, sailing for new shores and, after a treacherous voyage, finally reach their destination: Catan, Land of the Sun.
But new challenges await on this island, and new discoveries must be made if they are to survive. Will the brothers be able to stand together and offer a better future for all the settlers, or will this new mission divide them even more …
