These projects have helped create homes, jobs and cultural events for the African-American and other mixed communities in the city, and have helped them create better lives for themselves. Ronald Lee Harden resides in Riverside Heights in Tampa, Florida. Before the economy slowed down, he worked as a project manager for local architectural firms. He spends his time designing artwork and is currently writing a suspense novel.
