Who would have thought that keeping chickens would ever become a lifestyle objective rather than, as was the case a few years ago, a hobby generally indulged in at the bottom of the garden by a few middle-aged men? While the fact that it has can only be a good thing, without a basic understanding of what chickens need in terms of daily care, the newcomer to the hobby is as likely to experience failure as he is success. Even the more experienced can always learn something new and this book caters for both.
