Summary

Bizarre is an extremely powerfully moving and true story of a visible minority worker who lives and works in the continent of North America and is employed by a government agency. He soon learns that it does not matter how hardworking, decently behaved, and professionally attuned he is, his status of being a visible minority will quadruple efforts on the part of the powerful mainstream forces to see to his professional demise. Although people who know him well speak to his decency, kindness, and professionalism, unrelenting efforts are uninterruptedly made to sustain a constant stream of sabotaging, intimidating, and psychologically debilitating state of mind on his part. The book will have you glued to it throughout its two hundred and sixteen pages. Although the story is inspired by actual reality that has taken place in a North American setting with fictional characters used, it is best described as a literary nonfiction as it reads like a novel.
