Come and ride with the outlaw bikers in California in the glory days of the '60s and '70s.

During the wild times of choppers and gang brawls, action and violence that seemed to know no end.

Times that cannot be recreated today. Girls, guys, guns, and bikes. Living a life like no other.

Coming from poverty and a broken home at an early age, with little education, Dale Arenson fell into the dangerous life of a 1% outlaw biker in Southern California, with numerous run-ins with the law. During the 60s and 70s, it was the heyday of motorcycle clubs. Hollywood made movies about them. But there had to be more to life . . . After years of hard work, becoming an airline pilot and eventually, a world champion competition rifle shooter, the author has lived an exciting life. People had told him over and over that he should write a book. So he did. Although his first book, Hangmen, is only a small portion of that life. He finds himself, after all of these years, surprised to find that he is still alive, and anxious to share his experiences with the rest of the world. His book, Hangmen is a wild ride from that early life. A journey into a world that most people will never experience. And most would not want to.

Matt Godfrey was raised on O'Connor, Welty, and Lee, and spent most of his teenage years in Yoknapatawpha County. But he traveled wherever the books took him, from Alabama to Tokyo, Twain to Murakami. Now he has the privilege of bringing those books to life as an audiobook narrator. He works in all genres and in a lot of accents, but specializes in his beloved Southern Gothic. He is a two-time nominee for the Society of Voice Arts & Sciences Awards and the Audiobook Reviewer Listener's Choice Awards. He has a fully equipped home studio and works with major publishers, small presses, and indie authors alike.
