Summary

Damien, Mia, Paige. Three intertwined stories, pulled into a world of car races, fighting, lies, secrets, friends, enemies and lovers. The three of them touch each other's lives without changing the course of the story which starts with Damien flying into a new country, barely knowing the language and learning about a whole new world he's never been in before. His stepsister Mia is already starting to get connected with the underground world of car racing and criminals when Damien steps into the picture.

Mia is a complicated girl who sees and feels the world in a different light and way. She gets pushed and pulled in all directions including getting involved with her brother's best friend and falling in love with someone she shouldn't.

The final most important perspective, Paige, is the one that really draws you in with her interesting past life of surviving through traumas shaping her into the amazing and chaotic person she is throughout this book. She is a bartender on the surface but behind the scenes she's living a double life training through a secret military base. While working at the bar during night shifts, she meets and gets involved with the complicated lives of Damien and Mia.
