Summary

Early 11th Century CE. Tamiḷ Nādu. Chōḷa capital Thanjāvūr has just witnessed a chilling assassination attempt on emperor Rājarāja Chōḷa's life. While the motive and identity of the assassins are unclear, evidences suggest that the plot might have been hatched from Chēra country - erstwhile Kērala kingdom.
