Postnatal Yoga consists of two different safe, effective and practical 30 minute instructional yoga classes. The classes have been specifically devised for use after pregnancy and are suitable for women with and without previous yoga experience.

The classes use clear, easy-to-follow expert tuition combined with different relaxing background music tracks that set the perfect mood and pace. The classes are also practical, at only 30 minutes each they can easily be followed whilst baby sleeps.
The Yoga2hear Postnatal Yoga classes are devised and instructed by postnatal yoga expert and mother of two Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is the author of the British School Yoga's Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course. She devised the classes using her extensive knowledge of postnatal yoga combined with her own experiences during the postnatal period.
