She worked in leadership roles in the corporate sector for over 27 years before setting up her first consultancy business in 2017. In 2020 Jane and Maggie co-founded I-Cubed Group, a professional services company specialising in supporting organisations with their diversity, inclusion and equity initiatives.
She is a great supporter of empowering women and a regular speaker at Women in Business events. Jane has been described as being unafraid to do difficult things.
