He works closely with partners to develop Halo lore and was the lead franchise consultant for the Halo television series on Paramount+.
Kiel Phegley is a writer of comics and books for young readers. In 2022, he published Strikers with artist Jacques Khouri. His other titles feature popular characters like Sonic the Hedgehog and The Amazing World of Gumball. A graduate of Hamline University’s MFA in Writing for Children, Kiel also teaches courses in children’s literature at Eastern Michigan University.
