Voyage of the Damned is one of those rare books that catches you off guard and completely captures your heart. Besides the gruesome murders in this Agatha Christie-esque fantasy mystery, this story is surprisingly wholesome and made me happy. I laughed. I cried. I laughed some more, which was followed by twisted horror and a great ending. There was no moment when I wasn't glued to the page.
