L. Frank Baumโ€™s sequel to The Wizard of Oz is a delightful account of the further adventures of the Scarecrow and Tin Woodman and their strange experiences of the Highly Magnified Woggle-Bug, Jack Pumpkinhead, the Animated Saw-Horse and the Gump.

The Land of Oz in which young Tip runs away from his guardian, the witch Mombi, taking with him Jack Pumpkinhead and the wooden Saw-Horse, and flees to the Emerald City where he learns the incredible secret of his past.

Lyman Frank Baum (1856โ€“1919), born in Chittenango, New York, was a journalist, dramatist, and writer best known for his fantasies about the land of Oz, the first being The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The success of this book led to his writing thirteen sequels. He wrote about sixty books in all, mostly for children.

Anna Fields (1965โ€“2006), winner of more than a dozen Earphones Awards and the prestigious Audieย Award in 2004, was one of the most respected narrators in the industry. Trained at the Actors Theatre of Louisville, she was also a director, producer, and technician at her own studio, Cedar House Audio.
