Alberto R. Gonzales was the eightieth attorney general of the United States from 2005–2007. An Air Force veteran, he attended the US Air Force Academy and is a graduate of Rice University and Harvard Law School. He is Dean and Doyle Rogers Distinguished Professor of Law at Belmont University College of Law, located in Nashville, Tennessee.
