Dans ce thriller, l’horreur n’est ni sanglante, ni spectaculaire. Elle est lente et pernicieuse, mais souveraine. Elle monte en gamme au déroulé des chapitres, dans un cynisme banalisé, pour atteindre son apogée au dénouement.
