Jane Austen (1775-1817) was an English writer focusing mainly on romantic fiction, and society and life in the 19th century. Austen's titles are revered around the world and still widely sought after. Austen had her family encouraging her throughout her writing career. She originally published her writing anonymously. Austen's novels include: Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Mansfield Park, Emma, Northanger Abbey, and Persuasion.

Rosalyn Landor has worked as an actress since the age of seven, both in Europe and the United States. Her extensive list of credits includes leading roles on PBS's Masterpiece Theater, miniseries on all major networks, films, theater, and audio productions. She is an Audie Award nominee and winner, and she has won several Earphones Awards. She was chosen by AudioFile as a Best Voice of 2009 and 2010.

Anna Bentinck, who trained at the Arts Educational School, has made over eight hundred broadcasts for BBC radio and has performed for animated series as well as television. An experienced audiobook narrator, she has recorded a wide variety of audiobooks, including classics, teenage sci-fi, children's titles, and animation.

Her stage performances include Romeo and Juliet, Blithe Spirit, and The School for Scandal, and her television and radio credits include Midwinter of the Spirit, Law & Order, and The Archers. The narrator of numerous audiobooks, she is a regular on BBC Radio Drama and BBC Radio Comedy.
