"La Cousine Bette" is a very famous novel. La Cousine Bette was a country girl, because of her beauty and kindness, her dignified cousin helped her come to Paris. On the one hand she was jealous of her cousin, but on the other she studied hard, she built her own family. But with the change of society and her obstinate nature, Bette became the worker again.
