Christopher Evan Welch was born on September 28, 1965, in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He trained in theater arts at the University of Dallas and at the University of Washington before starting his acting career at the ACT Theatre in Seattle. Some of his film credits include Vicky Cristina Barcelona, War of the Worlds, and Lincoln. Welch was also active on TV. He died in 2013 in Santa Monica, California.
